Tips for ordering

Thickenings start from 20 to 40 strands, so order 2 to 4 bundles
For extensions, between 70 and 140 strands are needed, i.e. 7 to 14 bundles
There is no "official" demarcation between densification and extension, it is a fluid transition
Raw hair is unique. If you're unsure exactly which raw hair you need, you can order individual bundles of 10 and then the full quantity. This ultimately saves us all time and hassle.

Sometimes customers report that their hair gets tangled, especially after washing. We'd like to inform you that we always wash our bundles before use to avoid any potential problems when wearing or washing.
We recommend briefly washing the bundle of loose hair to check its quality. This will prevent any future complaints.
Please note that we can only accept returns of defective or incorrectly delivered goods within 10 days. Therefore, it is important to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
Remember that hair is a natural resource. Each braid is unique. Slight variations in color and texture may occur in the strands or loose bundles of hair, depending on the hair quality or production batch.
